Aaron and Katelyn's journey began in 2015 at James Madison University, thanks to a mutual friend who introduced them. Initially, they were friends at first, until one day, Aaron decided to "poke" Katelyn on Facebook.

After graduating, Aaron moved to New York City to begin his career, while Katelyn remained at JMU until she moved to South Carolina to begin her career as well. Despite the distance, their bond grew stronger as they navigated the challenges of a long-distance relationship, relying on flights and frequent weekend visits to see each other.

As their relationship continued to blossom, Katelyn moved closer to Aaron's hometown, reducing the miles between them. They'd have two more years of long distance. Then, on July 4th, 2023, Katelyn joined Aaron and moved to New York City, marking the beginning of their life together in a cozy studio apartment with their beloved dog, Winnie.

Exactly 100 days after they started living together, Aaron proposed to Katelyn in Santorini, Greece, on October 12th, 2023.

After years of long-distance, they are thrilled to finally celebrate their love and future together with all of you.
